Our service fees are structured to reflect the scope of work, the complexity of technologies employed, and the level of expertise required. We offer three primary pricing models—fixed-fee projects, time & materials engagements, and retainer agreements—to suit diverse client needs. For fixed-fee projects, a detailed statement of work (SOW) outlines deliverables, milestones, and payment schedule. Time & materials engagements are billed at our published hourly rates, calibrated by role (e.g., developer, designer, project manager), with weekly or monthly invoicing. Retainer agreements guarantee a set number of service hours per month at a preferential rate. All fees are quoted in [Currency] and exclude applicable taxes and third-party costs (such as cloud hosting or licensing fees), which will be itemized at the time of proposal. We reserve the right to adjust our rates annually; any changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance.
